Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Captain & Cub swimwear so we do accept returns or exchanges.  Swim trunks that are unworn, unaltered, and still have the tags attached may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can be started through our self-serve return portal or by replying directly to your order confirmation email.

Please follow the following steps to return your swim trunks:

  1. Log into your account using the email address used at checkout and locate your order. Request your return through the self-serve return portal or reply to your order confirmation email for assistance.
  2. We will email you a return label to ship us the products.
  3. When we receive the merchandise and have confirmed the product is unworn, unaltered, and the tags are still attached, your refund will be processed less a $5 fee for the return label.  Note refunds do not include shipping costs from the original order.
